A little about my story... I started having low energy in 2013 when I turned 50, when we did bloodwork and my b12 was low my doctor said it was due to lack of intrinsic factor which is what allows us to absorb Vitamin B12 from food, this apparently decreases with age. He put me on a regiment of B12 injections every few months up until last year when I couldn't bother anymore. I've been using B12life and my markers are on point. I'll continue to track my levels through my Dr. So far after 9 months with no injections only these drops I have b12 levels in a healthy range.
